Monitoring blog conversations that effect your business
Whether your company blogs or not, you'd better be monitoring blogs to see what conversations are going on about you, your products, your industry, and more -- they often effect your business.
Mark White has a great post at Better Business Blogging called Monitor your brand, company and industry using blogs.
He recommends the Technorati, PubSub, and other tools to make this easy.
If your not monitoring, I'll simply say in an astonished voice,"Your customers are talking, and you're NOT listening? Whattsamatterwithyou?" And it's not just customers, but potential customers, competitors, partners, and more . . .
